The Space Tourism Society is creating a vision of the future where
people live, work, and play off-world. Our mission is to conduct
research, build public desire, and acquire the financial and political
power to make space tourism available to as many people as
possible, as soon as possible.
A Logical Progression into the Future
STS is clearly focused, with a long-term overall view, on evolving a
strategic plan to introduce and integrate realistic space tourism into
existing and developing industries.
Targets include luxury and adventure travel and tourism,
hospitality, cruiselines, resorts, themeparks, entertainment, media,
gaming (digital and live action), sports, and finance.
STS believes that space tourism is the most logical endeavor for
private enterprise to pursue toward the goal of expanding
humankind into space.
